Personal Growth

Are you feeling stuck in your life? Have a sense of disappointment that this is all there is? Is there a deep inner feeling that there is something more? 

 

Signs that we have stalled on our path of personal growth can show up has:

  • Lack of self-confidence or self-esteem

  • Chronic self-sabotage

  • Lack of creativity or expression

  • Old patterns of shame or guilt

  • Loss of spiritual connection

  • Lack of a supportive community

  • Work that doesn’t feed your soul

  • Relationships that are dysfunctional or toxic

  • No synchronicity or magic in life

 

As the incredible human beings that we are, we are not designed to stop growing and developing. We are meant to continually expand our consciousness, our hearts, and our knowledge of ourselves and the world around us. What keeps us stuck is our thinking and old patterns of being. Feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, or alone is due to our forgetting, or not knowing, that we are eternal beings in an ocean of consciousness.

 

When we are not in alignment, we tend to fall back into the dysfunctional thinking of our culture. For women this often shows up as shame. Many of us have to break through a deep level of multi-generational shame that was programmed into us not only by our family, but our religion, our education, and the world in general. This negative programming shows up in the beliefs like:

  • I’m not good enough

  • I’m not smart enough

  • I’m not _____ (fill in the blank) enough

  • I’m not worthy / I don’t deserve

  • I have nothing of value to offer

  • I don’t matter / I’m not important

 

Personal growth requires curiosity, commitment, and the willingness to be open to contemplate new perspectives, learn new ways of being, and the courage to put yourself out there - and when you know you are supported by the invisible energies of the universe it is really not so scary.

 

First, you need to challenge the negative thinking and beliefs that sabotage you and replace them with healthier and more positive ones that are in alignment of who YOU want to become. Often this requires deep reflection of what YOU really want and not what others want you to be.

 

Next, you need to get honest with yourself about the habits in your life that are holding you back from reaching the next level and replace them with healthier and more self-honoring ones. Yes, making time for reflection, self-compassion, and self-care is essential - now how wonderful is that!

 

Then, you need to explore how to utilize your vibration and the subtle energy in your biofield. This is the magic part - using the wisdom of the ancient mystical texts that have been validated with current science. Your thoughts depend on your breathing and your vibration; thus if you do not master your vibration and your breath you will never gain control of your thinking. 

 

 

Lastly, you need to have a vision of who you want to be and how you want to experience life, as well as the talents and gifts you have that you want to express in the world. What gives your life purpose and meaning.  

 

Personal growth is a lifelong process and the most wonderful journey. Unfortunately, as you know from observing others in your life, not everyone is choosing this path. But if you sense that deep inner knowing that there must be something more and you have that yearning to explore, it most definitely is your path. Don’t let others or your own fears keep you from stepping onto the path and creating the life you want to experience and manifest. And it is never too late to take that first step.

Your thoughts depend on your breathing and your vibration.  

If you do not master your vibration and your breath you will never gain

control of your thinking.
