Therapy Tailored to You In-Person and Online

What to expect:

Initial 20-minute phone consultation. During this time I will have some questions for you and you will have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have. This is for each of us to evaluate if we may be a good fit.

Intake assessment:

During this 90-minute session (in-person or online) we’ll focus on your background, dive deeper into the reasons you are seeking therapy, and collaborate goal setting.

Ongoing sessions:

These 60 or 90 minute sessions will occur weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs and scheduling flexibility. These sessions are in-person, online, or a combination of both.

All you need is:

  • An internet connected computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera. Headphones are optional but they are nice for added privacy.

  • A good internet connection - we don’t want to run the risk of losing connection in the middle of significant work

  • A comfortable place where you can talk in private without any unwanted interruptions.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Arizona and a PSYPACT member, which allows me to provide teletherapy in any of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

  • FREE 15-20 minute phone consultation

  • The 90-minute intake session is $260

  • Ongoing 60-minute sessions are $180 and 90-minute sessions are $260

    • Longer 90 minute sessions are often preferred by clients who would rather have a longer sessions every other week instead of meeting for one hour each week. Longer sessions can also provide the opportunity for more to be accomplished, particularly when using hypnosis, EMDR or EFT(tapping) and can also be beneficial when processing deep trauma or when dealing with a crisis situation.

  • Extended 2-hour ($300) sessions are an option for clients who want to accelerate the work on core issues while allowing more time to process, heal and integrate the work. Additionally, extended sessions also allow time for depth work like Shadow Work, Parts Work, EMDR EFT (tapping) and hypnosis without having to wrap up just when you feel like you just got going. Moreover, there is more time to practice skills in the session before you bring then to the outside world.

Payment is due at time of service. Cash, checks, credit and debit (including HSA/FSA) cards are accepted.

If you cancel your appointment 48 hours before your appointment, you will not charge for the canceled session. However, I understand that life happens and if you cancel inside the 48-hour window, I will do my best to reschedule your appointment. If we are not able to reschedule within a week of the canceled appointment, you will be charge for the missed session.

I do not accept insurance nor will I work directly with your insurance company;

FMLA and Disability Claims

If you are seeking therapy for disability claims or FMLA, I am not equipped to provide any assessment or completion of paperwork for your claims. Moreover, the best route to get approval is through a medical provider, like a Primary Care Physician, Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
