My aim is to create a safe place for you to explore issues, gain insights, and create a healthier and more fulfilling life. I celebrate the uniqueness, quirkiness and the sacredness of humanity and the natural world, so when working with me, you can expect an approach that is highly personalized towards your personal growth, your values, and the specific results you’re striving for.

Together we'll make conscious the limiting beliefs, patterns, and behaviors you have about yourself, others, and the possibilities of life that have been keeping you stuck. These beliefs and patterns have been hardwired into your brain by your culture, your environment, and intergenerational trauma. We all have them to one degree or another.

Some of the techniques we can use to help you meet your goal(s) may include:

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Mindfulness & Meditation

  • Clinical hypnosis

  • Creative visualization

  • Depth Work (Shadow & Parts Work)

  • Psychodynamic

  • Bilateral stimulation (EMDR)

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT tapping)

PLEASE NOTE: If you are currently in crisis, are actively suicidal, or in active addiction, have been hospitalized for a psychiatric disorder within the last two years, or are dealing with a severe mental illness: including but not limited to Schizophrenia, Dissociative Identity Disorder; Gender Dysphoria; Antisocial, Paranoid, Schizotypal, or Borderline Personality Disorders - we will not work well together at this time. While some of my most rewarding experiences were supporting people healing through these issues, I am currently not able to provide the level of care needed to best meet the needs of these individuals in my private practice at this time.
